Peter Shier
Peter is the President of Naked. His job is to make sure we all do what we set out to do. His background is as diverse as it gets which is probably why he is so stimulated by new and different ideas. He’s run big agencies and huge agencies. He was the volunteer chairman of the ICA for 3 years. He’s worked as an account guy, a promotions guy and an interactive guy. He’s also been a client, a sous chef, a professional hockey player and a recipient of a police citation for bravery.

Jim Whitney
Jim is the guiding force behind all of the creative developed at Naked. He’s a graduate of OCAD and a founding partner of Naked. Every business has obstacles on the path to success. Jim’s strength is in thinking of ideas to solve those problems. They may involve advertising but also may be solved in a myriad of other ways.

Marc Giacomelli
Marc is one of those Big Creative Thinker people. He’s usually the guy in the room who can cut to the heart of a problem and find 10 creative ideas to solve it. He’s a writer by craft and actually won a Grammy for his work on the original Bob and Doug Mackenzie album. (He pre-dates CD’s) Marc is easily identifiable by his clogs and scarves and apparently he does not own a pair of socks.
Overview of Talent
A creative agency is only as good as its people. And we have some very good people. Our hiring philosophy is simple – bring on talented people who can do more than one thing, give them clear direction and let them loose. Most of our people don’t have traditional backgrounds which suits us fine, as we aren’t in the business of traditional ideas.
