This edition of “Naked Thoughts” started out as a collection of research to help our domestic and international clients navigate the muddy waters of marketing during COVID-19. We tracked research from reliable sources and research partners over the course of the pandemic, distilled it, teased out insights and provided our POV all in one place. In addition to sharing this with our clients, we wanted to share it publicly to help provide insight to anyone who’s looking for it and give our perspective on what this all means for the consumer.
Now is the time for brands to reflect on the value they bring to a consumer whose world has been completely disrupted. Their needs, their values and their priorities have been radically altered and brands that understand that will have a stronger foundation in a post-pandemic world.
